Week 1
Discovery
One 30-minute call. We scope your site, map your ICP, audit your current marketing position, and confirm which tier fits. You leave with a complete scope document and a fixed price. No obligation to continue.

Week 1–2
Architecture
We design the site architecture: page structure, URL taxonomy, internal linking plan, and content topic clusters. We map the agent stack: which workflows run, what triggers them, how leads route.
You provide
A short intake form covering your ICP, voice, offers, and competitors. About 30 minutes on your own time.
You get
A site architecture document and agent stack spec for your approval before any code is written.

Weeks 2–8 (Standard) / Weeks 2–12 (Pro)
Build
We design and build the site on Next.js. Schema markup, llms.txt, robots.txt, and AEO optimization are built in from the first commit. Not added at the end. Sprint-based with preview URLs at each milestone. One round of revisions per milestone.
You provide
Feedback at each milestone: binary approvals, not open-ended revisions.
You get
A production-ready site on Vercel with preview URL before we touch the live domain.

Week 5–7
Content Seeding
Before launch, we seed the site with 10 to 15 blog posts and the core pillar pages. All written by the agent stack trained on your voice. You approve the first batch. After launch, you approve weekly.

A site that AI crawlers can form an opinion on from day one of indexing.

Week 6–8 (Standard) / Week 12–14 (Pro)
Launch
DNS switch, Vercel production deployment, GSC and GA4 verification, sitemap submission. Autopilot activates on launch day. The first weekly agent cycle runs within 7 days.
You provide
DNS access (30-minute call with us) and approval of the launch content batch.
You get
Live site, live agents, first weekly intelligence report within 7 days.

Month 1 onward
Run
The agent stack runs every week: 2 blog posts published, full site SEO audit, AI citation monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot, lead intake qualification with hot-lead text alerts, cold outreach at 100 to 150 emails per week, and a Sunday intelligence report.

Approve the weekly content batch before it publishes. Takes 10 to 15 minutes.

How is 6 weeks possible?
We have built this stack before. The architecture is proven. The agent system is already trained; we customize it for your voice and market, not build it from scratch. The build is fast because the foundation is battle-tested. The customization is where the time goes.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small changes (copy edits, new pages under the existing architecture) are included in Autopilot. Major scope changes (new CRM integration, new product line, new site section) are quoted separately through a change-order process.
Do I need a developer on my team?
No. The site is yours to keep if you cancel, but day-to-day you don't manage any code. Autopilot handles the technical layer.
What platform does the site run on?
Next.js on Vercel. We handle all infrastructure. You own the code and the Vercel project.
