By accessing and using AutoPilotPR's services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
AutoPilotPR provides business automation services through customized artificial intelligence agents. Our services include, but are not limited to: marketing automation, automated customer service, content management, and operations optimization.
The client agrees to provide accurate and current information necessary for the configuration and operation of AI agents. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving content generated by agents according to established service level agreements.
All content generated by AI agents on behalf of the client is the property of the client. The technology, methodology, and systems developed by AutoPilotPR remain the intellectual property of AutoPilotPR.
AutoPilotPR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last 3 months of service.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, AutoPilotPR will deactivate agents and provide the client with any data or content generated during the service period.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
