The website that runs itself.
Nate Lind is a solo M&A advisor. He closes deals on SaaS companies, ecommerce brands, digital agencies, and affiliate businesses. What he doesn't do: manage his website, write content, track competitors, respond to cold inquiry emails, or manually update his CRM. Two AI agents do all of that — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, while he focuses on what he's actually good at.
The site launched May 5, 2026. Twenty-one days later it ranked #1 on Google for 6 of 7 target queries and earned its first AI citations on Perplexity. Nobody updated a spreadsheet. Nobody wrote a report. The machine just ran.

This isn't a website. It's a machine.
natelind.com doesn't wait for Nate to post something. It doesn't rely on an agency sending a monthly report. Two AI agents run it around the clock — auditing, writing, publishing, prospecting, and responding — while Nate focuses on closing deals.
Scout
Intelligence & SEO agent
Every week, Scout runs a full audit of natelind.com — scanning for technical SEO weaknesses, crawlability gaps, missing schema, thin pages, and anything that could be holding rankings back. Then it fixes them.
After the audit, Scout goes out into the web and scans Nate's competitors — FE International, Raincatcher, Quiet Light, and a dozen others. It checks what they're ranking for, what AI platforms are citing them for, and where they have content Nate doesn't. Every gap becomes a brief. Every brief becomes a page.
- Weekly SEO audit — technical issues found and fixed automatically
- Competitor scan — tracks 12+ rivals across Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini
- Content strategy — every ranking gap Nate's competitors own becomes a content brief
- GSC monitoring — query movement, CTR drops, and coverage issues flagged weekly
- AI citation tracking — every mention (or non-mention) across 4 AI platforms logged
Maverick
Content & outreach agent
Maverick takes Scout's briefs and turns them into content — written in Nate's exact voice, structured so AI systems can extract and cite it, and published without anyone opening a CMS. Blog posts, landing pages, interactive calculators, LinkedIn articles, Quora answers, Reddit threads. The machine publishes across every channel that builds authority.
When an email comes in, Maverick reads it, qualifies the lead, responds in Nate's voice, and adds the contact to the CRM. When a prospect looks like a fit, Maverick builds a personalized cold email and sends it. New contacts get added to the newsletter automatically — and Maverick writes and publishes the newsletter too.
- AEO-engineered content — every piece structured for AI extraction and citation
- Landing pages + interactive calculators — built and deployed, no developer needed
- Email handling — reads, qualifies, and responds to inbound leads in Nate's voice
- CRM automation — every contact logged, tagged, and tracked in the pipeline
- Cold outreach — personalized email campaigns to 100+ vetted prospects per week
- Newsletter — writes and publishes the Exit Ready newsletter on schedule
Nate doesn't update his website. He doesn't check rankings. He doesn't write content, respond to cold inquiry emails, or manually add contacts to his list. The machine does all of it. His job is to close deals.
This is what a smart website looks like in 2026.
What Nate said.
“Archie and the team did an incredible job helping Maximum Exit in a very short window. In one week, they built my AI agent system, fixed numerous website issues that were preventing me from reaching my target audience, and helped position me for a Wikipedia feature. Fast, capable, and genuinely valuable to my business.”
